Interactive program includes Modern Issues, Staff Work, How the World Views Fire and Rescue, Fire Chiefs and CEOs, Dealing with Significant Events, Standards of Cover and Assessing Your Organization, Accreditation, Labor-Management Relationships, Cal OES and State Fire Marshal Updates, Strategic Planning, Time Management Systems, Leadership for Chief Officers, Leading New Generation Firefighters, and Telling Your Story with social media.
