9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Exhibits Open
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch with Attendees in Exhibit Area
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Hosted Reception with Exhibitors
7:00 p.m. – Exhibits Close
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Exhibitor Move-Out

The Exhibitor Program for the California Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Riverside Convention Center, Riverside, California. *Exhibitors can begin set up in Ben H. Lewis Hall at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26th and again at 7:00 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, September 27th. Lunch will be open to exhibitors and attendees in the exhibitor area this same day. CalChiefs strives to create the best interactive experience for both the attendee and exhibitor. Exhibitors will be notified of any improvements or changes to this program.

Single Space

A Single space has one (1) standard conference table (8 foot) with draping and two (2) chairs.

(limited to 3 persons, additional persons $40 each to cover lunch)

Double Space
$1400
The “Double Space” has two (2) draped tables and four (4) chairs.
