The Exhibitor Program for the California Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Double Tree Ontario Airport. *Exhibitors can begin set up at 6:00AM through 9:00AM on Wednesday, September 25th. Lunch will be open to exhibitors and attendees in the exhibitor area this same day. CalChiefs strives to create the best interactive experience for both the attendee and exhibitor. Exhibitors will be notified of any improvements or changes to this program.

There is limited outdoor space immediately adjacent to the indoor conference area. This area can accommodate smaller apparatus/medic units (e.g. Type I and Grass Type Engines) or equipment. Space is limited and will be sold at a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors interested in this booth space should contact, Tracey Hansen, our Executive Director, at [email protected] or call 916-923-9455 to arrange rental for this limited space.

Single Space
A single space has one standard conference table (6 foot) with draping and two chairs.

Limited to 2 persons, add’l persons $40 each to cover lunch.

Double Space
A double space has two draped tables (6 foot each) and four chairs.

Limited to 4 persons, add’l persons $40 each to cover lunch.

Convenience fees are added to payments made online.  Checks do not require a fee, but space is limited to first come, first served, so checks should be mailed quickly for processing to ensure space is available.
